Selection of your commercials
Step 1
First step for you is to view our 4
powerful school invite commercials. You simply select
the commercials you would like to use
for your Christian school. Next, contact Mirror
Marketing to check availability in your area . For
less than $1000 each, the license for the commercials includes
the following:
1.
Audio & Visual Customization: we
insert your name and school information into the
commercials (adding your logo is available for a nominal
fee).
2.
One Year Exclusivity : no other
school in your cable zone area will be able to use the
same commercial(s) you license.
3.
Renewal Option: if you wish
to renew after the one year license you simply pay 75% of
the original investment.
Decide your target groups
Step 2
You do not have to become a media
expert to do this. You simply select your target
demographic groups. We then investigate what cable
networks and times these particular groups are viewing.
We then put together a recommended airtime schedule
based on this research and the viewing habits of your
targeted audience. Once approved, we submit your
schedule into the cable station and get you on the air!
We will research the
implementation of your advertisements to insure that you
receive all the airings that you paid for.
We also will work with you to analyze your results and
how best to capitalize upon them.

Track Results
Step 3
Third step is to track the results
of your commercials and their effect upon your school’s
enrollment numbers and community awareness. This
consists of:
Phone calls
Make sure all staff members who
answer your phone calls simply asks the caller how they
heard about you. You may want to come up with a short
daily report that is filled out and filed for your
records.
Website Traffic
You want to be sure that your
school’s website has a “hits counter” function that
enables you to see the traffic numbers of your site
while on the air. If you are using the commercials to
promote an Open House event, be sure that you had the
line “How did you hear about us?” on your questionnaire
that each attendee fills out.
Add question to all
Paperwork/Applications
Have question “Have you seen our TV
commercials” on all paperwork that is filled out by
potential families.
Compare retention numbers
Because these commercials help
reinforce your current families buying decision,
research your re-enrollment numbers over the last two
years and compare those numbers to your re –enrollment
numbers over the span of this media campaign.
